Spa and Fitness
The new 65,000-square-foot spa offers holistic body treatments, massages, fitness classes and wellness seminars. The Tennis Center and squash courts are a part of the fitness regime.
Beach Club
An oceanfront oasis with swimming pools, lounge chairs and dining. The spectacular new Beach Club, opened in the summer of 2007, gives access to five miles of private beach.
Shooting School
Our premier facilities include a competitive five-stand and sporting clays course, two skeet ranges and a trap field.
Equestrian
Ring rides, guided beach and trail rides and lessons are available for all levels. The new Sea Island Stables, located at the southern tip of Sea Island's Frederica community, opened in the summer of 2006.
Music and Dance
Take advantage of swing bands, live music nightly and special weekly concerts and jazz music nights, plus private and group dance instruction.
